What is a poem?
Just because somebody
writes a sonnet or a haiku
is that poem
with redeeming thoughts?
In my mind the bard
has to part with some kind
of thought valued by whom?
What is a strophe?
A Greek delimiting stop
due to this - stanzas galore
is a poem
with challenging ideas?
In the receiver's mind
the wordsmith has spoken
and opened a unknown box.
What is a ode?
A Keatian urn of pictographs
marbled men jump out
in the verse
with contradictory notions?
In the interpreter's mind
she will enter Pandora's
panoramic view forever.
