in Virginia's Lyceum
my ears all perked up
not a tune's museum.
It was live and young
the competition stiff
but fun and well song.
Did the best singer win?
Soprano, tenor
baritone - no bass - in!
But what a way to pass
a noteworthy moment
wish would longer last'.
