Faraway my genes live
in my grandkids
alas they are hurting
sometimes
just as I was
through my parents'.
Alas - heredity.
My granddaughter
of four years old
went to the hospital -
couldn't breathe
asthmatic attack
from both sides.
Just like my grandson
prior to this.
Genetics - sure.
Anyone haviing
a child with inbred
disease or symptom
feels guilty
at times and
definitely
Frustated of not
being able to eradicate
the genetic inheritance.
