Ouch

My arm hurts
cannot sleep
only lie in a special position,
my shoulder hurts
cannot do much
not even hug you
my neck hurts
turning my head
is rather painful
not asking why
just wishing
that my body parts
would return
to normal
and I shall be more
careful and  love them
in the future
respect them
something hurt
bodywise
my loved ones
that s the only thing
I can think of.
