A winery story


A man told me his story
from engineering to 
self-sustaining farmer

only what now remains
the three hectares vinyeards

experimenting with
fermentations and blending
all kinds of grape varieties 

sometimes he takes
jerrycans and fills them
with bad wine experiments
goes out into the woods
poor the undrinkable out
-
he has enough wine still

to drink every year.
