A friend's advice goes
right to the core
without dilly dallying
it is poignantly honest
and saying something
about the self so bluntly
that you can barely
comprehend that you
and you alone is
responsible for
your bloody actions
and you are also to blame
and not giving yourself
the credo of believing
in yourself - ignoring
your own needs
and I am glad of
having to accept my
own stupidity of non-
assertiveness - thought
I would have been
wiser - alas not
