Body, mind and spirit
does do it for you,
if the mind is sound
and the spirit alert
then why in the world
can the body not follow?
Splinted atoms of yore
turns into a tsunami
of a fire bomb
and then after a while
nature heals slowly.
My body away from
a beloved place
rebels -
again I have asthma
nose problems -
within not even one week
I am back on medication.
Either my mind
is on speed and sorrow
that it affects
that corpse of mine
or nature is telling
me - to go back?
