Impeachment is a serious act
If the Congress does accuse
It gets to decide yah or nay
But if the Congress does not
It condones and whitewashes
So it might be better to at least
Have on the books - on tender-hooks
That you voiced a strong distaste
For playing political games
Of thrones- of thrones of power
Of having tried to note notoriously
That impeaching a president
Can become a dangerous dalliance
But if not - catastrophic consequences
Abound and absolve absolutely not
A thing or a person for by standing.
