Another painting
invaded the room
in which I sleep
my three gran kids’
have theirs up
one orange/abstract
the other a tiger filled
woodland somewhere
the last a rendition
of our mountain
seen from the window
two sceneries from
a close friend
a beach with closed
umbrellas - bathe
in sunlight
the last a street
somewhere
with washing lines
displaying clothes
darkness and light.
Another dream
invaded my mind
to be here in
petit paradis
full time - enjoying
life to its max
Between the views
on the walls
and the windows
lies a dimension
of a different kind
a contentedness
I rarely found
afore inside
a true feeling
of seeing life
for the first time
in all its colors.
