My bucket list
is simple -
see Florence again-
gape at Rijksmuseum
enjoy the tulips in bloom-
go along the Normandy beaches
and play golf in Scotland -
look at my growing grand kids
walk along the trusty road
that I know so well
in my little village
and even once more
take a peek at my hometown
talk with my old friends
and see my children
lead fulfilling lives -
but for now I walk the dog
in the February sunshine.
