Spring wish

Body sound -
riveting thought,
alas winter
laziness wrought.
So frame fair
shaping needs
walk, leap,
run indeed.
When we all
know the cure
why don't I
just endure.
For my torso's
shocking lack
and turn into
a jumpin' jack.
